WHEATBASH

What's WheatBash, you ask? Why, only the coolest, longest-running, most-made-up celebration of wheat that ever existed.

When we came up with the idea for a wheat-based festival, our Wheat Thins client loved it. The only downside was that we didn't have the budget to get an actual band to play in a wheat field (what band, you ask? Obvious Wheatus). Also, the lawyers didn't LOVE the name "WheatStalk," for obvious trademark reasons.

​

Hence, WheatBash. An entirely fictional music festival that we implied has been going on since the 70s. 

​

My art partner and I also came up with concurrent merch...and made quite a lot of into a reality.

For a fictional event, we ended up getting a lot of real-world love for wheat out into the world.
